Meet John R. Foust

John R. Foust

John "Rusty" Foust is a native of beautiful East Tennessee. He is a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville with a degree in Biology and a concentration in Biochemistry, Cellular & Molecular Biology. Shortly before graduation, Mr. Foust realized he had a passion for caring for people and making a difference in the community. This is when he made the decision to attend law school.

Upon graduating law school, he worked as an attorney preparing taxes, estate plans and business plans. After many exhausting tax seasons, Mr. Foust opened his own practice with a focus on tax and estate planning. Mr. Foust has found starting his own practice to be a rewarding choice. He enjoys getting to know his clients and providing them with peace of mind with estate planning decisions.
